This young female presented with complaints of back pain related to her size 34 DDD breasts and desired breast reduction surgery. She had asymmetric breasts and underwent a vertical breast reduction with 250 gram reduction on the right and 330 gram reduction on the left. She did very well following surgery with improvement in symptoms
